General conditions
  • Use of the car The tenant alone is required to drive the Marrakech rental vehicle, for which he is responsible and must only use it for his personal needs. The agency strictly prohibits the renter from participating in any competition and using the vehicle for illicit purposes or the transport of goods. The tenant must agree not to request customs documents. The renter is prohibited from overloading the rented vehicle by transporting a number of passengers greater than that indicated on the contract, under penalty of forfeiture of insurance.
  • Condition of the car & liability The vehicle is delivered in very good working order and cleanliness and the tenant will have to pay the repair amount. Thus he remains solely responsible for the fines, fines and reports drawn up against him.

Any additional information in relation to the reservation would be communicated to the tenant after the reservation.

  • Fees

    The costs indicated below are per delivery or collection (Outside Marrakech for a duration of 7 days or more) and are added to the rental costs. Distance between rental agency and delivery address:
